One of the things that kind of annoys me about Fle One of the things that kind of annoys me about FlexiFlips and Flyers is that the flexible cord in the middle means the needle flops around a lot at certain points in the sock knitting process. With the rigid bend in these needles, that’s less of an issue.

Now that being said, I don’t think these are the perfect knitting needle style for me for other reasons, primarily that they are not strong enough or sharp enough for the type of knitter I am, but they might be the right choice for you!

Have you seen somebody using these needles before? Have you tried them yourself? Are you curious to try them? Let’s chat!

I came home limping with a raspy voice, and I’m already eager to go again 😂

I had the best time hugging old friends, meeting new ones, squishing tons of yarn, and basking in the warmth of so many fiber nerds who are also just excited to be surrounded by yarn. Hope to see you all again soon!

This pattern is the third in this year’s Golden Honey Sock Club. It’s graded to five sizes and uses a heel flap and gusset for a snug, customizable fit.

But now I’ve been wondering… would you all like me to design some socks with different heels, or maybe some knit from the toe-up, too? I like for my patterns to be kind of predictable so you know exactly what you’re buying, but maybe you’d like to try something new every once in a while. Let me know in the comments, yeah? I’d appreciate it a lot 🥰

And if I sound a little bit hoarse in this video, just know that I basically talked for the last three days straight at Flock 😅
