  • A top-down photo of two pairs of handknit socks (pink and gray) and two pairs of store-bought socks (gray athletic socks and mid-calf socks with stripes of pink, white, and gray). They're surrounded by pink and yellow roses, a plaster intaglio, a brass key with a pink tassel, and a tiny silver tray with brass bulb pins in it.

A top-down photograph of a pair of gray-green socks with cable and seed stitch panels down the front and back. One sock still needs its toe grafted together. To the left of the socks is a canister of Tea Forte's Apricot Amaretto tea. It's a black canister with a tan label that has apricot-colored embellishments. A little tea is spilled across the counter to show its texture. To the right of the socks is a white teacup and saucer. The cup is full of Apricot Amaretto tea with milk. Small balls of snowball viburnum are scattered about the image.

An ornate, antique teacup with pink flowers painted on it sits on a matching coaster. It's full of one of my favorite teas, Harney & Sons' Vanilla Comoro. In the background is a mitered square blanket made of lots of pastel yarns and a vase full of pink and white hyacinths and baby's breath.

Sentimental Memento is now available! This is the Sentimental Memento is now available! This is the fourth pattern in the 2025 Golden Honey Sock Club, and it’s a real cutie patootie. As usual, it’s graded to five sizes and includes an LVA version.

Thanks to that simple stockinette back, it’s also a pretty quick knit. You know, if you need to whip out a pair of socks quickly.

Many thanks to @expressionfiberarts for the yarn support for this lovely project!
