An industrial city in the 1850s is probably not where you’d want to wear this delicate white shawl, but the color and stitch pattern reminded me of billowing steam. I couldn’t help myself.

The pattern for this shawl is coming on June 5. I used two skeins of @aimeeshermakes Comfort Silk Linen (kindly provided as part of our collaboration) to knit my sample and had enough left over that I may make a matching little scarflet.
