    Over on the blog, I’ve got a new post all about Over on the blog, I’ve got a new post all about Jasperware and how to find affordable pieces to start or grow a collection. My own collection is small, accumulated over the course of a decade. Each piece has a memory attached to it.

    I was SO CLOSE to finishing this little pair of so I was SO CLOSE to finishing this little pair of socks, and then I realized the numbers weren’t adding up for the instep. I had knit a heel flap that was too narrow.

So it sat in time out for a couple days. Today, I had the patience and energy, so I ripped out the heel and started knitting again.

And anyway, time spent knitting is never wasted.
