    I’ve been thinking a lot about perfectionism again I’ve been thinking a lot about perfectionism again lately, and how so often, it just ends up getting in our own way. If you’ve got a random purl stitch when it should have been a knit, or an ssk instead of a k2tog, or something else tiny like that, and you don’t notice until several rows later? It’s okay to just leave it. You don’t have to drop back to fix it if you don’t feel like it, and you DEFINITELY don’t have to rip out your work and start over.
    I promise, the project you’re looking for isn’t co I promise, the project you’re looking for isn’t covered up by the text!

But as you can see from this video, even major mistakes are hard to spot at a quick glance, and most people aren’t giving our clothing more attention than that. If the mistake doesn’t affect the functionality of your finished knit, it’s totally okay to leave it there. I do it all the time.
